Refund policy

At Label Jash, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy carefully before raising a request.

📦 Unboxing Video – Mandatory

To raise any complaint regarding wrong, damaged, or defective product, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video from the beginning (before opening the parcel) till the product is fully shown.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed parcel

    • The shipping label

    • The product inside

  • No cuts or pauses in the video

  • Complaints without proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


🔁 Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

We do not offer returns or refunds.

We only accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product, OR

  • You received a damaged / defective product


⏳ Exchange Request Time Limit

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


📩 How to Raise an Exchange Request

Please email all details to:

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Images of damaged / wrong product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days.


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchange in case of:

  • Size issues

  • Color variation due to screen difference

  • Minor thread issues

  • Discounted / sale products

  • Change of mind


🚚 Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if serviceable).

  • After product inspection, replacement will be dispatched.

  • If pickup is not available in your area, customer must self-ship the product.

Label Jash reserves the right to reject any request if the policy conditions are not met.
